Message motivation 2
So do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.
– Nehemiah 8: 10
When we come in contact with the Word of God we receive the presence, strength, protection, comfort and joy of our God. There is nothing better in our lives than we can hear the Lord's teachings wise, intelligent and full of anointing in comfort and at the same time show us the path we must follow so that we can, day after day, we are more happy and blessed.
However, the Lord did not say that our lives would be only flowers. We will suffer, we cry and we will disappoint us with many things and many people, including people in our own family, and also with people who claimed to be much our friends. Unfortunately, this is all very normal. But the Lord comforts us with his word telling us,
In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. John 16; 33
When we are away from God and we spent a hard time everything is more difficult. On the other hand when we are in communion with the Holy Trinity all these situations are much easier to bear. This is because our God sustains us and strengthens us. This presence and this power of our God in our lives, grows in us an unwavering faith that our God is always in control of everything. We are calm because we can rely on tremendously powerful hands of our God, according to your word, in due course, always come with the release, and will not suffer we suffer beyond what we can bear:
The temptations that you have to face are the same as the other face; but God keeps his promise and will not let you be tempted you do not have strength to bear. When temptation comes, God will give you the strength to endure it, and so you can get out of it. –
1 Corinthians 10:13
So we must trust in God and hope in Him alone. The Lord has set aside something very special for each of us. Everything may show contrast to this, we should never doubt that God's plans for our lives are always the best.
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord; plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. – Jeremiah 29: 11
And when our God does, and anyone or anything that may prevent or undo:
I'm God; Also from now on, I am; and there is none that can deliver out of my hands; operating I, who can reverse it? Isaiah 43; 13
This is our joy. That is our strength. All this comes with the presence of God, manifested in our lives through their life-giving words, and also by their promises that certainly will be fulfilled in the life of everyone who believes.
A big hug and be with God.
